1. Online Store Terms

2. Product Information & Made-to-Fit Model
We specialize in:
Made-to-fit wedding wear
Custom tailoring
Recreated designs from our Signature Archive
Limited-edition designs
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
For Archive designs, exact fabric from model photos may not always be available.
We recreate the outfit in similar premium fabrics, confirmed with you before stitching begins.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR).
We accept:
UPI
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets
Cashfree Payments
We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time without notice.
Payment is required in full for all online orders before production begins.
4. Order Processing
Order production begins only after:
Size selection OR measurement confirmation
Fit consultation (if required)
Fabric confirmation for Archive designs
Payment confirmation
Production timelines are shared at the time of order.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel the order before customization begins, which includes:
Before fabric cutting
Before size confirmation
Before production starts
Once customization has started, cancellation is not possible.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns due to the custom-made and made-to-fit nature of our garments.
We offer size exchange only, subject to:
Request made within 24–48 hours of delivery
Product unused, unaltered, and with all tags attached
Size availability & fabric availability for Archive designs
If size is not available, minor alterations may be offered.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders across India via Delhivery or equivalent courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary based on:
Pincode serviceability
Courier availability
Wedding season demand
Weather or logistic delays
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
Shipping Policy is available separately.
8. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide:
Updated billing address
Active mobile number
Correct shipping address
Valid email ID
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party apps, payment gateways, and logistics partners.
Each third party has its own policies, and we are not liable for any actions of third-party providers.
10. Intellectual Property

- Designs
- Product photos

Logos is the sole property of JEE SAHAB Designer Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Screenshots, product images, and design recreation by other sellers are strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

To violate regulations or laws
