Refund policy

JEE SAHAB Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy 

1. No Returns

Due to the made-to-fit and wedding-wear nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any orders.

Each outfit is handcrafted based on your selected size and post-order fit confirmation, and therefore cannot be resold.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange for size only, under these conditions:

Request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unaltered, and with all tags

Only size exchange is allowed (no design or product change)

Exchange is subject to available fabric/stock

If the size you need is not available, our team will help with minor alterations.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the order before customization begins, which includes:

Before size/measurement confirmation

Before fabric cutting

Before production starts

Once customization has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Damaged / Wrong Item

In the rare case of defect or wrong product delivered, contact us within 24 hours with video & photos.
We will provide a replacement.

5. Made-to-Order & Archive Designs

For Signature Archive designs (recreated designs), cancellation/return is not allowed once production begins, as the garment is made specially for you.
