Although 95% of Delhivery shipments arrive on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Festival season backlog
  • Remote region routes
  • Pincode restrictions

If your order is delayed more than 48 hours beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will raise an escalation with Delhivery support.

If Delhivery does not service your pincode:

We will inform you within 24 hours

Alternate courier may be used

If no courier serves the area, a full refund will be processed

If you receive a package that is:

  • Tampered
  • Torn
  • Re-taped
  • Opened

Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
We will file a claim with Delhivery and assist with exchange/replacement.

If you wish to collect directly from our studio, you may request In-Store Pickup on WhatsApp.

Our garments are custom-made, so delivery timelines include production time.

Delivery time may vary during EXCLUSIVE wedding season (Oct–Jan).

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address & mobile number.

Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability will be reattempted by Delhivery.
